This Dyed tablecloth is popular in many parts of Africa. In Mali and Nigeria it is used on strip woven cotton, while in Guinea and Senegal it is used on lighter industrial textiles. The African tablecloth is tie-dyed into the fabric with African Bushmen designs. The designs are decorative rather than symbolic.
