An African hand carved wooden Buffalo. The standing Buffalo has been carved out of Iron wood by the Shona artists of Zimbabwe. Iron wood is a very hard and heavy wood that is found mainly in the Zimbabwe town called Bulawayo.

The Shona carvers that carve African animals out of iron wood are known as some of the most talented carvers in Africa if not the world.

The wooden standing Buffalo is a heavy carving and we are offering 2 options for delivery, either airmail or surface mail. Airmail is quicker but cost more.
