This wonderful African pendant has been handcrafted in South Africa by Zulu tribesmen. The Bone pendant has been carved out of Zebra bone and set in the natural color of the bone. The pendant has been carved so that it resembles an African tooth such as a lion's tooth and carved into the bone is the image of an African mask.

This African bone pendant is a wonderful addition for any African lover and resembles Ivory in color and texture. African tribal jewelry like this has become very popular and worn all around the world. With Ivory being illegal bone jewelry has become the next best thing. In Zulu customs when an animal is slaughtered for food, the entire animal is used and nothing goes to waste.
