A set of 3 unusual African soapstone plates that have been hand carved out of African stone in a heart shape. The Soapstone plates originate from Zimbabwe and have been carved by traditional artist of the Shona tribe.

Each plate is smooth polished and has an African animal carved into the stone with natural vegetation and African living in the background. These Shona soapstone plates are colorful and can be hand made in a variety of colors should you wish.

We are offering 3 plates each with an animal sketched in to stone in a variety of colors. The animals to chose from are all the main animal of Africa such as the big 5.
