An African handcrafted Traditional Zulu warrior shield that originates from KwaZulu Natal in South Africa which is the home of the Zulu tribal people. The Shield hide stands at 35 cm with the total size of the Zulu shield standing tall at 55 cm.

The Zulu shield is handmade in a variety of natural cow hide leather colors so if you are looking for a particular color we can arrange that for you. This medium size Zulu shield contains the three main clubs which are attached to the shield in the traditional way for display. The three clubs are the spear known as an Assegai, the Knob-Kerrie,a club with a ball end used for hitting the opponent and the center shaft which has animal furs around the top of the shaft.

This shield originates from the KwaZulu Natal region in South African which is where the Zulu people can be found. The home of the great Shaka Zulu. This is typical of the shield he would have used in the past only his would have been much bigger.
