The origins of this African spoon are from the Maasai (Masai) Mare tribesmen in Kenya. The hand carved wooden spoon has a flat semi circle edge and African animal head as the handle. This wooden African spoon is carved out of Kiate wood which is a two toned color wood. This spoon makes for an unusual items for spoon collectors collections.
