A medium Zulu shield standing 45 cm tall and handcrafted out of cattle hide leather. The shields is handcrafted in a variety of natural cow leather colors. This shield originates from the KwaZulu Natal region in South African which is where the Zulu people can be found. The home of the great Shaka Zulu. This is typical of the shield he would have used.
