African Handmade Fertility Wall Hanging

A beautiful African handcrafted fertility shadow box that has been handcrafted by the respected Shona tribe of Zimbabwe. The shadow box is a picture frame that is set in a 3 dimensional look with the fertility doll set into the shadow box frame.

The center fertility doll is hand carved out of Ebony wood and is an African doll with allot of mystique and tradition. The doll is said to help the family conceive a child and is hung in the main bedroom of the couple trying to have a child. The Shadow box is set in the different color shades of brown with the center having a light brown color and getting darker in color outwards towards the frame.

Each fertility shadow box is an "original" work of art, individually handcrafted, no two are exactly alike which adds to the value of each fertility shadow box. The original nature of tribal art will be reflected by variances from the fertility shadow box as shown, each piece of a specific style is similar, but not identical.
