Were do you ship to?
We ship to any country in the world were you have access to delivery by post office or courier

What shipping options do you offer?
We usually ship our items via FedEx, Aramex couriers or post office airfreight but will accommodate clients should they want another delivery option . Our first option is to send with FedEx and will send with them whenever we can however they do no allow certain items to be sent with them such as spears as they deem that to be a weapon and prohibited on their flights. Items such as that will be sent by post.

Please note that our post office is not the fastest option and can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Aramex couriers will allow us to send with them Zulu shields and spears however they are more expensive than FedEx or the post office so you will need to contact us for a shipping cost should you want this faster delivery option

How long does delivery take?
International delivery to most countries will arrive in 2 weeks from date of order. Some items are shipped sea freight and take takes 60-90 days depending on where you are situated. On our website we state next to the product if the item is to be shipped sea freight. Couriers take about a week from when we send and post 4-6 weeks. Customs can hold up a parcel which can take a few extra days to clear. These items would be items such as skins and skulls that require permits and sometimes an inspection at customs

Do you obtain permits for skin, skull and horn products?
We are registered with KZN Wildlife in South Africa and are allowed to sell animal hides and by-products. We obtain all necessary paperwork and permits to allow the items into your country.

Are you fair trade?
We practice fair trade, which means we work closely with the crafters and offer and fair price for their crafts, funds are then injected back into local communities in South Africa

What is fair trade?
Fair Trade is all about putting people first. Its main aim is poverty alleviation

Where do you source your crafts?
We are based in Richards Bay, South Africa so get most of our crafters from Southern Africa, we do however to get crafts from all over Africa

What payments do you accept?
We accept payment by Credit card, PayPal, international wire transfer and debit cards. Credit card payment is the quickest method and is done on our secure server through our credit card processor PayPal. PayPal is one of the best option for Internet payment as they do offer buyers protection so you know that your order /credit card details are always safe. We never get to see your credit card details as all that is done via PayPal who deal with the transactions.

Is your website safe to shop with?
Yes all payments are made on a secure server operated by PayPal. You can either log into your existing PayPal account, create a new account or pay for your items as a guest were no PayPal account is needed by using your credit card on our website which is 100% safe. We do not see your credit card details as your details are handled by PayPal which makes it safe.

We do not directly collect (not even see) your credit card data; instead we use PayPal credit card gateway, which will process your payment on behalf of us.
